About Us

The A.L.D. Club is a parent run group for people with learning difficulties and has been established for over 20 years.

We are based in Dinnington, near Rotherham and meetings take place once a week, generally on a Tuesday evening at Middleton Hall.

We would welcome new members from the Sheffield and South Yorkshire region.

Our Aims & Objectives

The A.L.D. Club is dedicated to helping each individual to set their own programme of activities.

We provide a safe, friendly environment for those with learning difficulties to take part in activities that they enjoy.

Staff

We have three Adult Leaders who are there to support and advise members at all times.

Our leaders are all fully qualified and DBS checked.

Activities

Members get the chance to plan their own activities with the assistance of our Adult Leaders.

These can be community based such as bowling, visiting the local theatre and going out for meals or a for a drink.

We also have activities in Middleton Hall such as Bingo, Karaoke, Pool and Crafts.
